In early spring, we did a pleasant day walk in Borgloon, the heart of the fruit production area in Belgium. Several tranquil trails meandered among numerous blossoming fruit orchards planted along rolling hills, all bursting with white blossoms. The region is famous for its strawberry & berries (blue and black currant, raspberry and blackberry) as well as apples and pears. See below for pictures of the walk:
